How do I get my pattern after paying?

The download links appear on the order page as soon as the payment goes through, and the same links are sent to your email address with the receipt.

Which paper size do I print on?

Every pattern comes as two PDFs: one laid out for A4 paper and one for US Letter. Print the one that matches your paper.

How do I know the pieces printed at the right size?

Print at 100% or Actual size, never Fit to page. Each print page has a 3 cm and 1 inch test square: measure it before you tape the pages together.

Can I sell what I make from a pattern?

Yes, items you sew or crochet yourself, in small quantities. The PDF itself may not be shared or resold. Details are on the pattern license page.

What if a file does not open?

Open the PDF in a desktop PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. If it still fails, write to us with your order number and we send the files again.
