Digital files
Patterns are digital files, so a purchase is final once the files have been downloaded.
When we refund
- You bought the same pattern twice by mistake.
- A file is damaged and we cannot send you a working copy.
- You have not downloaded the files and you ask within 14 days of the purchase.
Write to us with the order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Customers in the EU and UK
Digital content is delivered right after payment. By starting the download you agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends at that moment, as allowed by consumer law for digital content.
